The S2 7.9 Class Championships Comes to RYC!  

The S2 7.9 Class held their class championships at Racine Yacht Club August 19th through the 21st, 2010.  The first day saw light winds but three races were able to be put in the books.  The second day saw gradually increasing winds which gave the competitors some fast, fun and sometimes crazy rides down wind.  Again, three races were completed with the race committee considering running a fourth until they saw the exhaustion on the racers faces.  On the final day, the wind gods were stingy leaving no wind and fog so no races could be held.
